they treated me like I was guilty from the beginning.... they even asked wrong questions. the questions were all perceived guilt flooded with speculation, false allegations and assumptions. Not factually correct at all. they did not care they were biased and just went on a hunt to find guilt and nothing else. they did fact finding told me everything I said was irrelevant and eye rolling and ignored my grievances, whistleblowing and protected disclosures during fact-finding and I also made a grievance afterwards because of there behaviours during. they continued to do a second fact finding meeting and they kept the investigating officer but new note taker who for some reason lead the meeting structure. the investigator did the first main body of questioning and then the note taker who was regional HR person. then asked if she could ask questions but her role was note taker only but the investigator gave her permission to ask questions but this is unfair and they never said in the letter that she could do this. but before this 2nd fact finding meeting they did a duty of care call which I had disclosed some major mental health issues, stress, depression, i was not eating food and had serious health issues but they made me suffer. I was made to suffer further detriment as the 2nd fact finding meeting was made less then 12 hours thats because I complained about them because of the bad 1st fact finding meeting.

I was suspended then made redundant before any sort of investigation. I have since found out (from dsar) that someone put in a vexatious grievance over 4 weeks before my suspension and I never I knew about it, was given no right to reply, nothing 😳

I got suspended due to a fabricated story from my supervisor, it was found unfounded but I was suspended for 13 weeks without correspondence from the company, 15 weeks in and I still have no idea why I was actually suspended.

I raised a grievance for harrasment and then a few days later a second for discrimination, since raising my grievances I was unfairly suspended. company policies were breached, Acas code of practice was breached. the grievances were handles despicable. my carer was also discriminated who works with me, well I no longer work there but my carer does. I have had no choice but to take legal action. there is a lot of biased views, intimidation, harrasment ect during. I do have disabilities and they did fail to put in reasonable adjustments and never had a care plan at all. even occupational health did a ln unfair assesment, by assessing me for things I don't have. this all led to their decision to dismiss me. a lot went on in only 4 month I worked their. luckily we are getting legal help.

I was once suspended from duties but not from work for 3 weeks. I was to go to work as usual everyday but not allowed to do anything unless it was assigned to me by a higher up director. It ended when I was found not guilty of anything but they changed my job title on my contract from production supervisor to compliance supervisor
