Sooo, the city/county will not have documentation stating they have jurisdiction on post office grounds. Local post offices share jurisdiction. He was confident, wrong, but confident.

Ok - live the video, but sorry for the young officer, as he is new and not sure how to repond. I would drive them to talk to whoever called to file a false complaint with the police department.
