Being assessed and prescribed/sold antibiotics within a few seconds is such a strange concept to me. In USA, the patient would see a Front Desk staff, Nurse, Doctor/Provider at a clinic first. Be provided a prescription. Then they would drive/walk to the nearest Pharmacy and talk to a pharmacist 💊

I think u mean herpes simplex that cause shingles. But straight out diagnose as herpes is not what a pharmacist should do.
