@bretheexperience: As a former poor person, why do lowincome people have unlimited children with no rhyme or reason? Or money #lowincome #fyp #seo #pov
Some women only feel seen and loved when they’re pregnant or with a newborn otherwise they feel invisible to society

Government has made poverty too comfortable - too easy! More kids? Increased food stamps, larger HUD house, more TANF, more daycare, Medicaid will cover 100% medical. Already got all utilities and cell phone covered. Where’s the downside?

Because the govt rewards them with ebt, vouchers etc

It needs to be studied because what is the obsession with bringing children into poverty?

Becuase they have nothing to lose when they don’t have anything. When you are stable and well off you have everything to lose.

I’m a first gen Latina and nearly at my first Sox figured. I cannot even FATHOM having a kid right now especially with how our healthcare system is set up and men wanting to also be raised by their partners. I saw the women in my family get treated. I am in NO rush . I’m 38

I think it’s also because there’s no recognition of what it truly costs to have a child. No Medicaid, the deductible is going to have to be paid. No WIC or ability to breastfeed, formula is going to have to be purchased. If Sec 8/Housing isn’t involved, we think, “how am I going to have enough space for my kids?”. The system is setup to allow this behavior

It’s usually generational tbh, it’s normal to them bc that’s all they’ve ever known or been around, it’s unfortunate, but a lot of people just want pity instead of taking accountability.

They can be hypersexual, daddy issues, family issues, or simply wanting to have what they never had. No one taught them the financial aspect of having children, childcare and other things. It’s not just low income housing it’s low vibrational, ignorance and lack of access to get out of the environment they’re in.

Middle class people do this too they just have the illusion of being okay for whatever reason (own a home, parental support, “respected job”) but then they live paycheck to paycheck or off credit cards. Children take financial planning
