Oh my goodness, that’s why the school needs to do background checks on people they are hiring,point blank.This a shame before God. Before anyone works with children they need to go to the police station and get a background and fingerprints also. Stop abusing these school children, if you don’t know how to control a child, well you don’t need to be there at all. Special needs children, need you to talk softly to them. You need patience to work with them, and if you don’t have it, you don’t need to be working there. The school can put her on leave,but I would take her to court for abuse.
