another thing that would definitely make me feel uncomfortable if I was the one recording is the officer swaying left and right as if he's nervous or trying to instigate something. Cudos to the person recording to not back down.

Great job knowing your rights & articulating the law. The younger uniformed officer had the right energy and appears to know the law. It also exposes a real issue of privacy with these agencies. They are requesting highly personal info in public area exposing these folks to ID theft. This was a great audit. You need to add the conclusion.
