la parte desde donde nace es burgos y donde cae es Álava, es el nacimiento de el río nervión que al llegar a Bilbao hasta desembocar en el mar se convierte en ria de Bilbao

ahí tenéis el mapa y se ve perfectamente la frontera de Burgos y Álava, y el salto está en Álava claramente
