I’ve had folk turn up to repair my boiler although they broke it further and I had to fix. The chap that came said it’s really strict and their employer tracks their movement how long they stay at someone house where they are even from when they leave the van to the house they’re in. Hope these companies know they’re employing adults not kids give your staff some freedom 🤦‍♂️
