What impact will newly coming 7 designate mayors do in less than 8 months before elections, weANC has send a mild or some may say a strong message to its members, but how does this impact positively to the local citizens, who are still awaiting land "stands", poor unmaintained residential gravel roads now especially we are entering rainy season, potholes tarred road, undrinkable so called clean water "god forbid the blue drop water test"
