The skirt's a little short for sheer tights. I would layer with leggings or opaque tights. Otherwise get it girl! Very cute!

Seeing as per one of your responses she is wearing shorts underneath, I think it is great! Being able to fully have fun without worrying about showing everything off is key at that age.

Nothing wrong with it if that’s her style. Let her express herself the way she wants to and don’t listen to anyone else. The only thing I would say as her Auntie (cuz I do it to my nieces), the skirt is too short, either put a longer skirt on or put shorts under it.
