It’s all about the balance and it honestly can be addictive we need to know when enough is enough. As a mom of two young kids and a wife my husband is also my support day in and out. I couldn’t do it w/o him!

The CEO of my brokerage is still married. Her husband maintains all of her properties and even started a property management company. He had to let her work and not be mad about the hours and they have worked under that agreement.

As a divorced woman in real estate. I built real estate as a way to prepare myself for a divorce. I knew I was outgrowing him in all ways and he was too competitive to be truly supportive. Also, I would delete that part in your video where you say he’s the brains behind all of it and built it, in case you do happen to find yourself in divorce 😬👀 no one goes into marriage thinking of divorce but it happens.

I got into real estate to get divorced. I knew I couldn’t financially make it on my own. 2 years later and 17 million in volume, real estate saved me. I can raise my babies in peace. ALONE!! I’ve also seen really amazing couples who are in real estate. The couples that make it are always the ones who want to grow together.

Built a whole brokerage. I have 20 agents. I got divorced 4 years ago because my ex never made space for me to have a career. He couldn't fathom that I wanted a career too. He just wanted me home with the kids. I'm remarried and my new husband is super supportive. It's 100% on the support system and the spouse.
