if the debt company buys your debt, thats it your debt is sold.. you dont have a contract with the debt agency to pay off a debt that they bought for pennies.

Mr fernando had used this address as his legal address and listed the address as the collection address unfortunately the lady was innocent but he lived there when the debt was made so unfortunately she was just an innocent bystander

I though bailiffs can’t force entry unless to carry out an eviction. They can only make entry if door is unlocked so won’t that class as breaking and entering
