How would we not know, if we dig our shambas and get diamonds, dig a pit latrine and find gold or marble. My upcountry we have Rubies on the roads like Normal stones. We know they are there, they existed even before colonization, Gold is a normal dowry Gift from Husband to the wife. 🤷🏾♀️
