I watched some of the session. A congresswoman continually tried to discuss the flood relief/preparedness, and was told “this isn’t the place for that” over & over. Sad.

The House Speaker spoke so disrespectfully to the Democratic Reps yesterday that asked him specifically about flood relief legislation instead of their redistricting agenda and the parents of multiple children that lost their lives in the flood were in the building giving their testimony to the Senate yesterday.
