I wish the biscuits wouldn’t be so doughy. They made me think they weren’t fully cooked and just didn’t taste right. Anyone try baking them for a little bit first before adding them in?

I am currently making this right now I did the exact same thing for the exact same time. But unfortunately my biscuits are not cooked! Some have even turned into a big pile of slop. I’m leaving it in for longer so hopefully I can save it! Next time I will probably precook some of the dough in the oven so it will cook better.
