we need to get back to more shows on the food Network that actually teach and show you how to make recipes. it's all about competitions now. yeah, they're fun and great and all but we're getting away from where it all began. I learned so much from the early days of watching all of the food Network shows with how to prepare recipes, how to use a knife, etc ..

Pro tip! Add your eggs and part of the milk into a blender before dumping it into the rest of the custard mixture for a completely homogenous mixture with no clumps of egg white nasty on your French toast! You will love it even more I promise!
