@codytriesstuff: Turning leftover steak into a delicious hummus plate, featuring a vegan counterpart with a beet tartare instead of the steak. The vegan version was as good if not better than the steak tbh but I love beets. Spice Blend: sweet paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander, fenugreek, salt, pepper. Hummus base: 4 cans of chickpeas, 1 whole lemon, 5-10 cloves garlic confit, 2 tbsp confit oil, 2 tbsp spice blend, ice + water added until smooth Garlic confit: take a shit ton of garlic cloves, submerge in olive oil, cook at 250 in an oven safe bowl until fork tender.
