I was walking through the fruit markets under the bridge in Chinatown while on my lunch break (dressed in nurse scrubs). A young guy was walking the same direction for a few minutes, stopped me to say he can’t believe what women go through as he could hear the comments and see them checking me out 😭. I think he learned then that we get talked to like this regardless of how we’re dressed, time of day, etc

One time it was the morning after my nyc apartment flooded all night and I still am making my way to campus at 8am for my first week of classes and some man coughs on me (during covid) which I ignored so he yelled down the block at me that I have a dry pussy and that he hopes I could still hear him:)
