Your videos are always fun to watch. Your collective passion and approach is very inviting and intriguing. I always think of Port as a category of wine, as opposed to “wine-adjacent”….but what you call it is not a big deal. Bringing light to this category is cool - nice work 🙌🏼

Also like champagne it is only port from the region, produced outside the region it is called tawny like champagne is sparkling wine

Tawny isn’t meant to reflect a certain age, but to represent the style of oxidative aging, tawny with an age indication (IE kopke 20year) must age for as long as it takes to taste like a 20year old port. What you guys drank (which I’m not hating on its probably excellent) only has to age 3 years and have the brownish hue
