What if they say your role (along with the majority of the team you’re in) is redundant but then bring in a third party agency to do the work instead?

What about if you notice your job advertised but you signed a settled agreement? No comeback given the agreement although its an unfair dismissal.

What about if they say you are redundant because your role is half but that is more the fact they hired someone new who is overlapping on tasks ?
