A good protein-packed breakfast helps keep you fuller for longer, reduces cravings, and makes it much easier to avoid mindless snacking later in the day. 🥗 Plan your lunch and dinner You don’t need to meal prep for the whole week. Just take a minute to think about what you’re having for lunch and dinner. Having a plan means you’re far less likely to end up grabbing whatever is easiest when hunger hits. They’re all simple habits, but when you do them consistently, they can make a huge difference over time, and were a game changer for me when I lost 30lbs!
