The Law :
During IBB regime, he established a commoners bank known as PEOPKE9BANK . This bank employed many graduates and non graduate. Also it gave out money to accountable human beings that form cooperative known groups of given number of people . The money was given to first set of the cooperative and they are expected to repay their portions before the next batch of their group will benefit. This means that the 2nd group disturbed the 1st to pay theirs for them to benefit theirs hence, there is a check and accountzbuty of the money disbursed by government. Mrs Maria Sokonu was the MD while Tai Sholzru was chairman.er them do something like this be established to create jobs and there will be accountability of the funds. Thanks.
