People are so ignorant when it comes to what cancer looks like. When I was bald and frail in the beginning people were nice and caring. Now 4 years later after chemo, 59 rounds radiation and 2 major surgery’s I have hair and no longer frail looking they think I’m good to go so they are not always thoughtful with their words. Meanwhile I’m on keytruda with metastatic cancer in pain everyday. Cancer affects everyone differently but I’ve realized no one will ever truly understand unless they experience it. Sad that people are so shallow. Wishing you the best with your scan.

I can't imagine what you're feeling. I have severe health anxiety to the point I rather avoid getting a check up or the thought of getting bad results from a test puts me off from doing it. x

In 2016 I was stage 4 & given about !0% chance of survival. I had uterine cancer w/tumors all thru my abdomen/pelvis. I put on a lot of weight & was big & puffy looking. Everyone’s body responds to cancer differently. Hang in there Dev. Hoping for positive news.❤️
