This is why I went carnivore 10 years ago. We buy a side of beef from a local farm and hunt deer and wild pig and my husband goes deep sea fishingfor tuna and other fish. .The small amount of fruit and veg is homegrown berries and cucumber to make pickles. I don't buy hardly anything from store.

hi as someone who has studied this in college, bioeng food and GMO isnt all bad. yes, there are repercussions as always, but most your food is altered in some way genetically usually to prevent diseases and invasive pests from wiping out these plants species.

everything in a box, plastic or a container is this way, even regular produce is this way. to eat clean you have to eat organic produce and i guess organic meat and eggs, etc. but since our air and water is toxic anyways there's nothing we can consume that's 100% poison free
