Stay away from sugar. Talk whatever about carnivore diet…but our body is basically allergic to sugar. Electrolytes literally keep you alive!! Caffeine can cause us to have psychosis. Our bodies respond like an autoimmune disorder.

its not just a disorder of your ovaries ,even if you take your ovaries out you'd still have pcos. its not just diet its chemical and can even be the cause of some mental disorders like depression or bd as it lowers dopamine and serotonin production. and again ITS NOT JUST SUGAR AND DIET. There are 4 types of pcos... it can even be hereditary meaning it won't ever go away. hirituism is one of the main complaints and one of the main symptoms that could be hereditary. stress levels are important to control but stressing over controlling them and everything you eat is also a stressor.... Lastly be kind to yourself and accept yourself even if things never go away or get better

I was 105kg, started mounjaro literally a month ago. I'm 99kg already and since being on mounjaro I've not had any symptoms except for very occasional ovary pain and the beard is still there but I can finally say that I can move easier and I don't feel like a heavy ball like I always used to. could also be cos I eat little to non carbs and completely cut out snacks like crisps, sweets, soda etc... as well. I'm still waiting for my period tho 😆😆😆 haven't had one yet since June.

reduce stress as much as you can, I had a hormonal imbalance once not that very noticeable, no acne, regular menstrual cycle of 22-24 days, no facial hair but hirsutism was there in some unusual parts of my body( inner thighs and around belly button), hair loss, tiredness, depression, bad quality sleep, hyperpigmentation, tired skin, moon face,..... I reduced stress and worked on my sleeping time (night time sleep is the best 8hours), worked on the food I consume( cut non natural sugar, eat protein and fibers good fats, fruits in the morning as snack after rich protein breakfast, early dinner,...), and so many factors but these are the main ones. my last blood tests results where pretty good, all hormones in there natural margin, only vitamin d was too low what justify depression, and Homa ir was high( insulin resistance test), ultrasoundgraphy that shows follicular ovaires, and an ovum of size 12 in the 13th day of Menstrual cycle,no noticeable unwanted hair in the mentioned parts, hyperpigmentation reduced a little bit, lost some weight around 6kg in 2 months, I'm still working on my food, and integrate physical activities like swimming and walking in the program to get better results

this is for any condition, not only pcos: it's not the same on everybody that has it, so you have to really get to know yourself and your body instead of blindly accept other people's advice on diets, food and medicine intake etc. so get to know YOURSELF and how this disease actually affects YOU is best thing to do before anything.
