I love this conversation, specially now that the 20 year trend cycle has mutated and accelerated. You can fill your closet with direct eras and influences but they’ll come back earlier and the style more pristine than the original one, erasing what originally made it from that era, so whatever detail it was becomes the timeless factor but at the same time what makes it from that specific era ??
