@holdingmoonbeams: so many people I meet in the down syndrome community are here because of a referral. they knew someone with DS, a neighbor, a family friend, or it was a chance encounter, and they fell in love. it changed their life. for me, this community chose me. i had a baby with down syndrome. and while i wish i had found it sooner, i am just grateful i found it at all. that is why i love hearing the stories of people who choose this community on their own. how did you get here? 💙💛 #downsyndrome
