Cheesy Pizza Rolls✨🍕 Here’s the full recipe👇🏽 For The Dough: 400g strong white bread flour 1 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar 7g instant yeast (1 sachet) 220ml warm water (lukewarm) 2 tbsp olive oil (or 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp melted butter for softness) Filling 5–6 tbsp pizza sauce (or passata with herbs/garlic) 150g mozzarella (grated) 60g cheddar (optional, for extra flavour) 50–60g pepperoni slices (thin, halved or quartered) Finish Olive oil or melted butter (to brush) Pinch of dried oregano or garlic powder (optional) Method 1. Make the dough – Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast. Add water + oil and knead until smooth and stretchy (8–10 min). Cover and rise for 1 hr until doubled. 2. Roll out – Punch down and roll dough into a rectangle ~30x40cm. 3. Fill – Spread pizza sauce evenly, scatter mozzarella + cheddar, then layer pepperoni evenly across the surface. 4. Shape – Roll dough up tightly from the long edge. Slice into 6 even pieces and place cut side up into a greased round cake tin or baking dish. 5. Second rise – Cover and rest 30–40 min until puffy. 6. Bake – Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan). Brush with olive oil or butter, sprinkle oregano. Bake 20–25 min until golden and cheesy. 7.
