You still have to be in a calorie deficit on a glp1 so good for them! It’s not completely magic! There’s still work to be done!

I did it once but it’s hard. Went keto, fasted 16 hours, calorie deficit, orange theory class everyday 😂. Issue is people don’t do keto right and never reach consistent ketosis. You have to truly commit to no more than 20grams of carbs a day and no alcohol or added sugars.
