@andy_morris: Mozart was 21 when he lost his mother and wrote this sonata. You can hear the pain in this simple yet hauntingly beautiful progression. It’s believed by many that he tried to distract himself from the terrible tragedy with music at the time. #mozart #sonata #piano #classicalmusic

The more you learn about Mozart you realise how much of a genius he really was.

I like thinking that the first part of the 2nd movement represents the tenderness of motherly love...

it’s lovely, but I think you should voice the left hand much louder than the right hand. Right now the balance is off.

When I was 17yo my teacher played part of the first movement and could not figure out the composer. Latet I read this sonata is different because of the event of his mother's death. Today it reminds me of the Commendatore Scene...

He was with her in Paris, she died unexpected. He was afraid to tell his father (who was in Salzburg) mother was no longer anymore. Then he asked a house friend in Salzburg to tell the terrible news to Leopold.

It’s peach 🍑 season, y’all!!! I got my Peach Truck peaches and the first thing I am making is my Peaches & Cream Baked Oatmeal 🤤 Loaded with fresh peaches, this baked oatmeal is layered with a cream cheese yogurt filling and baked to make your mornings just that much easier (and delicious 😋 ) Each piece carries a hearty 16 grams of protein and 15 grams of fiber, so you will be starting your day off with a nutrient bomb that will help you power through your day 💪🏻 You can drizzle with a little maple syrup on top with an extra dollop of vanilla Greek yogurt to bump up the protein. Recipe ⬇️ Peaches & Cream Baked Oatmeal 2 cups oat flour 1 cup rolled oats 1.5 tsp baking powder 1.5 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup egg whites 1.5 cups milk 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 tsp maple emulsion, optional (get it on amazon) 1/4 cup sweetener 3 cups chopped peaches, plus additional sliced peaches for the top (6-7 large peaches) Cream layer 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tbsp sweetener 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (I lied in my video lol). Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. 2. Mix all of the wet ingredients together and set aside. 3. Mix the cream layer and set aside. 4. Combine the wet with the dry and fold in the peaches. 5. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour in half of the oatmeal mixture. Dollop the cream mixture in sections then top with the remaining oatmeal mixture. 6. Place sliced peaches on top and place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean. 7. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Makes 8 servings 303 calories, 16g protein, 11g fat, 36g carbs, 15g fiber
