Thanks Justin! This reinforces my love for fermented foods like kimchi and sauerkraut. Can you please try pickled foods to compare with fermented foods. In theory, pickling (usually vinegar) should keep the glucose level down.

Everyone!!! Please remember only fermented sauerkraut is healthy for you! The ones you get in the refrigerated section of the supermarket. Or, make your own!!! The canned stuff is no bueno!!!
