Growing up next to a 99 cents store growing up was elite. My grandma would give us $3 each and then the park across the street had a wishing well that we would use our Pennie’s on.

I learned the other day if you need 5 gallon buckets go to the Walmart bakery ask for used icing bucket they are $1!!! I instantly thought of it to share here

My fav spot is this mechanic shop I grew up by they still sell their drinks for $0.50 and this dinner bell I also grew up going to still sells their fountain drinks $0.89 ANY SIZEEEEEEEEEE my little special spots lol

Dollar Tree helped me decorate my daughter's birthday parties for really cheap. So many things. I knew I could just hand her 5.00 and let her go wild. For just a treat. Ya know... I just miss that.

Walmart also has dollar pops sodas if you're not from where I am and Safeway and Kroger also on their name brands. a lot of those are like 97 to a dollar and this is for the Pacific Northwest area so I don't know how other ones in the area are but I do know I can find in my area $1.97 at those three places. also, Walmart does still have a lot of dollar options surprisingly
