@b_elite_ken: You don't need to run more👇🏾 When it comes to dropping weight and getting leaner, you may think you need to run more.  What you really need is to make Great Sleep a priority.  Don't get me wrong. Running has its place. Especially  sprinting. Which is an amazing way to raise growth hormone testosterone maintain and build muscle and burn fat.  But there does come a time where you may be  running longer distances at steady States, just to drop weight. This will definitely increase cortisol over time.  But more importantly, there is an easy way for your body to burn fat and keep weight under control.  It's called repair. And it happens when you sleep.  Making sleep amazing is the KEY. 💤This means being asleep by 10 pm 💊 Taking magnesium and other supplements to help bring GABA and Serotonin levels to the right level. This will help you fall asleep easier and sleep through the night. As well as wake up refreshed.  📱 Putting your cell phone in the kitchen if you are charging it at night. Or just plain turning it off or putting it in a Faraday case. Reducing EMF and magnetic output is great for your nervous system. 😃 Breathing before bed which helps us shift into a calm state. The state we need to get into sleep.  📖 Write out your goals for the next day. And any issues or problems you've had in the present. Reflect on any wins as well. This really helps your mind settle down and not try to solve problems while you're sleeping.  Remember from 10:00 p.m. To 2:00 a.m. we repair the physical body and growth Hormone is at its highest.  So amazing sleep is vital.  So instead of running another 30k, focus on your sleep.
