It’s so hard being an empath! Pure exhausting! I have learned to step back and quit being there for everyone and say no! This is key! The problem is, I can look at an animal and I can feel their energy and if it’s sad I can cry for days. So tiring! Also, it’s so hard to be around such heartless people everyday. Makes me so sad! Idk I’m a mess.
