@mariposxhealing: What if you treated yourself like the most precious plant? You are nature too, you know. What needs do you have and how can you or others meet them? Are you open to asking for support? Are you open to receive it? Is there is anything stopping you? If there is, are you willing to let go of the hyperindependent conditioning? Breathe it out with every exhale you take after this. There is no room for that in the reality of collective liberation we are all trying to co-create. Around these parts we're trying to learn to help each other and to ask for help. You don't have to do everything on your own. Even if that's how it has felt in the past. In this moment, are you open to things being differently? Are you open to more support? Can you give reality another chance at supporting you? Can you please believe that this can be true for you, regardless of your positionality and your past experiences? Would you tell a plant that it's not worthy of nourishment? Why tell that to yourself? Take a deep breath in and make room for hope and possibility within you. It starts with you, don't deny yourself of water, soil, sun, wind, anything else you need. You're worthy of your basic needs and desires met just for being. What do you need right now? Open up to ideas to get this need met as best as you can. Please be patient and compassionate with yourself as you learn to be okay with being supported. You're doing great!
