That’s crazy! I just got my implant done and I only felt pressure and mild pain after the anesthesia wore off. I’m on day 2 and I’m fine..

it should not hurt that much, the office i work at places implants all the time and patients always say its easy recovery and the extraction was way worse.

Were you able to eat properly after? I’m wondering if it’s as bad as the extraction recovery, like do you have to do a soft/liquid diet and all that jazz.

Hey dental assistant here I literally just got my implant placed yesterday and I would have to differ from what you are experiencing. I don’t know but no pain over here. Who’s your doctor that placed your implant you shouldn’t be having any pain like that.

Lord please stay strong my implants hurt me for five straight days I ran back to dentist it will get better but it takes time I was taking a cocktail of drugs that’s not for the weak

Bless you feel your pain 😘Nearly 2 weeks ago I had a bone graft in one area and implant base in another. My stitches are making my gum hurt a bit but definitely over the main pain now. then Wednesday it is stitches removal day 😳
