I used to boil Jamaica it's good but tart of course, so I tried leaving them in a container full of cold water and cover the top with ice so the flowers don't float and leave them overnight and in the morning make my pitcher of agua fresca sooooo good 🤤

I didn't boil the rice i just let it soak overnight, added 2 evaporated milk cans , 1 condensed milk, 1 can of coconut milk (optional) , 1 splash of vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup of sugar it came out delicious 😋

Thought if you boil hibiscus flower they become tart.. I always put in my flowers after the water boil and let them steep over night🤷🏻♀️

I always add a cinnamon stick to my Jamaica to steep and add juice from 1 lime with the remaining ingredients (adjusting sugar if too tart)

you shouldn't boil the hibiscus tea.. it destroys some of the nutrients... boil the water, let it cool to the touch then add the hibiscus.
