When I got pulled over I turned my engine off and put my keys on the dash. Put my window down. He walked up and asked for my license and registration. I handed it to him . He said I’ll be right back when he came back he handed me my things. I said officer what did I do. He said I’m sorry but you didn’t do anything. But you have a tail light out. No citation but did say fix it as soon as you can.. I’m 68 and this was my first time being stopped.

by no means exit unless they have a lagitamat reasin they can articulate if he dont have a warrent he cant make you get out just cause they twll you to get out dont mean its a lawful order thats a lie they all use officer safety if thay was an issue then they need to seek other employment as cowarda should never have a badgenor gun

well I'm a firm believer iny safety comes first The constitution starts with "we the people" not we the government. the courts and your union has you covered. I think I'm going to sit in my little truck with the doors locked and the window down two inches. and provoke him or her any way I can until I get the law suit evidence on camera. that was all BS I appreciate everything you have to do and all the a'holes you all have to put up with. have a safe uneventful day

I’ve had a fake cop in a real cop car pull me over.. I comply but as a si gle female I’m not getting out of that car. I will however ask for a female officer to come then I will exit.

Some cops intentionally smell something just to get you out and search you and your car. I’ve had both good and bad experiences and I do my best to comply but I will not give up any of my rights.

My brother was a passenger I was driving asked me to step out I did. He smelled alcohol which my brother was drunk. When my brother got out he was arrested for publuc intoxication. How is this fair??

I got ouled had me n son get out. cuffs out serge vehicle said my reg. out it wasn't Tyan let us goo. 👀 my son is mixed yt an blk. di he think we were Hispanic. 1 sheriff was in brown maybe ice but I'm still confused. unnecessary. nothing illegal oviously in truck and we cleared. 👀

When my son turned 16 I gave him explicit instructions. When LEO says get out, get out! When he says put hands on the hood, you say yes sir and do it! If he takes you in, you comply. It will get sorted out at the station!
