Before doing all this work, are you SURE the frame is not hopeless on this rig? after all you said it was used as a snow plow, you know, where its scooping up very corrosive snow mixed with chemicals? 🤔

if you haven't already make sure all the fuses and relays are good before you go replacing parts. fusible link, all the EFI fuses under the hood and kick panel in the dash. fusible link is a common failure

EFI relay either right side of enhine bay, and / or driver froot well. You can move around other relays to check them

80s have a plug where you can drain the old gas. would not be surprised if none of the distributor contacts were not making a connection.

Spray starting fluid directly in to the throttle body. If it runs you know it’s either not getting any fuel, or getting any spark.

Check the crank sensor. If it is bad , it will not start the feulpump
