Accidents like this happen everywhere, but for some reason this one is being highlighted so much. Yes, the truck driver made mistakes, but the minivan also played a role — both parties share some responsibility. What bothers me is how fast people turn this into an immigration or race issue. If the driver were white, the focus would just be on road safety. And honestly, if the U.S. system is as good as people say, then how did he even get a license in the first place? That shows there are deeper problems beyond just blaming one person, and racism shouldn’t be the lens through which this tragedy is judged.

But the real question ya he made a illegal turn but the real question is was the van speeding and not observing they needa search or investigate the accident properly because the truck driver did not do anything intentionally and also the police or investigators can check the vans or cars black box as well or data from the car before the accident

Fun fact yall when he entered & got his CDL/ work permit from the federal government, Trump was president & Newsom wasn’t governor yet so now you know who to blame, & fyi he wasn’t illegal either. Harjinder Singh has paid IRS taxes since 2018, got a legal work permit & CDL like every other driver. He never took welfare or unemployment. And this happened in Florida
