it's quiet, have almost everything LA without the crazy driving time, NASA, Lockheed, Northrop, and Boeing are huge employers. the mall is better then Lakewood Mall, it's not bad at all.

Brought a house out here in Palmdale. They have a lot to do. The concerts at the ampitheatre are awesome. The bars on Lancaster blvd are fun. The movies, bowling alleys and events at AV fairgrounds are cool

We just moved here from SCV, sold our small house & bought a bigger one here. AV, is not as boring as you think. We have concerts, fairgrounds, Breweries, winery, hundreds of decent restaurants, many hiking trails, Soccer stadium, Apollo park, Community events, etc. And the Community College is also decent & affordable. No HOA, no uptight Karens!!!

I have a year here and I love it we bought a construction house with 4bd and bathroom for less than $700000 same construction in L.A will be more then 1.5 million new A.C Big backyard and it snow ❄️my kids love it.
