If it’s venting then it’s not hazardous. If it’s not venting and the driver is running then you should be running too

Over pressure relief valve. Beats the vessel exploding, and just venting CO2 that was extracted from the atmosphere to begin with.

That would be either nitrogen or co2 venting, relieving pressure as the product inside the trailer warms and expands. Both gases are relatively harmless in a well-ventilated area. Now if it was venting like this in a closed building, I'd be concerned about decreasing oxygen levels.
