Reason for denial: Drug and alcohol use, fights with other inmates, instances in which Erik Menendez was found with a contraband cellphone, and allegations that he helped a prison gang in a tax fraud scam in 2013. It’s bs I know but parole boards are really strict

People need to understand that Erik and Lyle did the killing, whereas Gypsy Rose didn’t which is a big different in their cases, along with the type of abuse they suffered. It’s very sad that Erik has been denied, but apparently he wasn’t a model prisoner as he had a cell phone, art supplies and tobbacco hidden in a bible or something, which can obviously be a reason for his parole to be denied, however i don’t think the reason should be he’s a threat to public.

He was denied parole because of his in-prison behaviour. He was moving drugs around the prison under the pretence that he was never getting out so he thought that he could behave how he liked. I was rooting for him to get out, but do your research people
