Have a herniated disc st L5. Also struggle with SI joint pain flares. Currently trying to heal the disc issues and I have no idea where to start. So much input and I’m afraid of making it worse. PROBLEM IS…..I have grade 4 arthritis in my knee and can’t do many of the things I see in the videos. I was looking to a TKR but just hoping I can heal my back. What can I do to make my core stronger and strfethn my back that’s low impact on the knees? I just need to start somewhere!
