it's unfortunate we have such lawlessness that the military had to intervene. In Memphis around '09 I felt the police pressure subside and thought it was nice... but it's gotten so bad my buddy got carjacked at a Kroger. he tells me their just shooting random people out there... which for sure happened around '13-'14 they left shutting down sections of the 395 loop at rush hour and wouldn't tell anyone why. someone just on a multi day rampage of shooting other drivers on the road. not to mention that astronomical amount of drug dealers.
