Yea she has a point, the sign is not at driver level, is mobile....one premise in the law is fair warning, here while there is a sign is may be blocked by other cars or objects. Further since it is moveable is there an actual school zone area?

I think u are to only police officer that I would love for u to pull me over lol. And why argue? He said the sign is the size of a child…and u never let that sink in. U didn’t see the sign THAT WAS THE SIZE OF A CHILD!!! I too have a lead foot but not in school zones.

I'd be interested to see some studies looking at the ability of drivers to discern a speed limit from a sign with that many words. It seems to me there should be two or more signs. One a way back for no passing and then the speed limit change. And probably more speed limit changes further back.
