@askvinh: Introverts in the room hands up 🙌 If you find it hard to break out of the mould that you've created for yourself, I highly suggest going to short-form improv classes. These classes represent a new school of people who don't have any preconceived ideas of who you are which allows you to be whoever you want to be and explore parts of you that you haven't yet explored! Have you tried improv classes before?

What if your mould growing up was the funniest in the classroom that knew all the most beautiful ones I could see and one of the most popular but you got too involved in someone else’s problem until that problem saw me as the problem blocking the problem so they created rumours to create new problems which ended up psychologically damaging to lose your funny side?

We had improv in high school drama class. I hated it!! I felt like I was being bullied as an introverted nerd there too! My anxiety would rise to the ROOF if I had to do improv with strangers as an adult! I get it's stepping out of ur comfort zone but that'd be too much for me.
