I am so hurt and utterly disgusted by the treatment i received this morning from a security guard of G4S at CAPE TOWN International Airport so as i got to work i decided to take a walk over to woolworths at the airport for me only to be stopped by a security which has never happened for as long as i have been coming to the airport. So my workplace is located right opposite so this morning i decided to get me a few snacks on my way i was rudely stopped by a security guard from G4S, bare in mind there were plenty of other people walking aswell however he only specifically stopped me, he asked me what was i coming to do? In my mind i thought like (why is this necessary) , anyway i told him I'm going to Woolworths and i told him i work in the aiport area, he goes on to say that i need to show him a permit the more I'm telling you i dont have the more his insisting that I'm lying, he goes on to tell me that his denying me access to go to the airport LIKE WHAT??i was so confused he asked me to call my supervisor cause he wont allow me to go through in an aggressive way and that yah 'we are of the people who scratches in the bins' LIKE WTF IM NOT HERE TO DO THAT is it because i was wearing a beaning that i was being targeted by this man? I then turn around to go back to work but as i turned back i noticed that there were people walking and he did not stop one of them AT ALL. I then thought to myself no man I'm going to turn back around as i went back he comes out and says 'You dont listen i told you not to come here what are you doing here' i told him that i feel this is so wrong i come to the airport almosy every other day and this has never happened to me why is this happening specifically only to me this morning? He says that I'm lying and continues to say he won't allow me to do that at this point i was so frustrated at this rude security like how are treating someone this way and specifically only targeting me ? I have done nothing I'm not here to rob the airport nor scratch in any bins at this point i realized that i need to record this and let me tell you when i took out the phone this man became more aggressive and started shouting even louder, i told him I'm going to expose you he goes i dont care as i was making this video he threatened me saying that i will kick this fucking phone broken and kick you aswell, this is the part where he then goes to kick i had to move back coz he almost kicked me he told me to never set my foot at the airport and started swearing. I am so hurt and i feel like my human right has been completely violated his colleagues that were sitting there was not doing a thing about it what if i had continued my video and he started kicling me would they still just have sit all on ? This behaviour is disgusting imagine being told you cant make use of facilities.
