100% officers fault. his reaction is unwarranted, literally went insane for something so minor. not to mention violently grabbing him as soon as the door was opened, anyone is gonna react like that and kick you off them. this officer is unhinged and clearly has anger problems

I get the officer was a little rude but the dude just had to say okay and be quiet. He wouldn't have gotten a citation and he shouldn't have gotten out of the car. he literally caused his own problems/gave the cop reasons to charge him
