As a nurse, I once read a case study about a trauma patient who had a phone in their hand. In that disoriented state, unsure of what was real, they recalled trying to tell their fingers to dial 911—but the only number they could remember was their childhood home phone. They also thought they had simply “fallen asleep,” but it was more likely that they blacked out and were in shock. That’s why people often say, “I wasn’t sure if I was dreaming.” In moments of trauma, our brains and bodies instinctively flee.

People need to stop saying “so they waited 8 hours? why did they wait?, maybe they could have saved them, etc.” No nothing could have been done to save anyone!! It’s so easy to say “oh I would have called right away.” No you don’t know that for sure and hopefully you’ll never have to learn what you’d do.. Let them heal from MAJOR trauma and work on moving forward instead of reliving it/being blamed.. They are not to blame. BK is to blame, end of story.

they probably didn't say anything as they were trying to stay quiet and waited until they knew the killer was out the house. I would stay quiet if I was hiding or locked in a room.

Its insane to me people outraged a teenager(19) doesnt expect that while she’s drunk and half asleep doesnt expect a quadruple homicide is going on but find it totally acceptable while your drunk to not pass a sobriety test. Cant walk in a straight line = thats totally understandable. Your first thought isnt thinking your roommates are are dying left and right = absolute shock and outrage. 🤯🙄 come on people.

As a mom, I just want to hug Dylan. I know everyone has their own input and thoughts/opinions, but the reality is that this girl is traumatized and is in fight or flight. She lived something that could only happen in our worst nightmares
